TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Business

TopzCab Car & Buses provides vehicle rental and transportation services including:
Car rentals (sedan, SUV, luxury cars)
Tempo Traveller & bus rentals (AC / Non-AC)
Corporate travel services
Wedding & event transportation
Local and outstation trips

All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

2. Scheduling Appointments and Using Services

Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email.
48 hours advance booking is recommended to ensure vehicle availability.
Customer must provide accurate trip details (date, time, pickup/drop location, number of passengers).
Any changes in schedule must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the journey.
The reporting time and duty hours will start as per the agreed booking time.
Delays from the customer side will still be counted in total usage time.

3. Payment and Charges

Booking confirmation requires advance payment (partial or full as agreed).
Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the trip.

Charges may include:
Per km rate or package rate
Driver allowance
Toll, parking, state tax (extra unless specified)

Extra charges applicable for:
Additional hours/kilometers
Night charges (if applicable)

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or online modes.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Advance amount may be non-refundable in peak season or special bookings.

5. General Terms

The customer is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and avoiding damage to the vehicle.
Any damage caused will be charged accordingly.
Illegal activities, smoking, or alcohol consumption inside the vehicle (if restricted) is not allowed.
Driver will follow safe driving practices; however, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions are not the company’s responsibility.
Do not allow the path to be found on the set. If anything gets damaged, you will have to pay the charges.

6. Diagnostic Report Disclaimer

TopzCab Car & Buses ensures that all vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained for safety and performance.
Any vehicle condition reports shared are for informational purposes only.
Customers are advised to inspect the vehicle at the time of pickup.

7. Health and Safety Standards

All vehicles are regularly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained.
Drivers are trained to follow safe driving practices and adhere to traffic rules.
Seat belts must be used by passengers wherever applicable.
The company is not responsible for health issues arising due to pre-existing medical conditions of passengers.
In case of emergency, necessary assistance will be provided as per availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

TopzCab is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as per our policies.
